This information is used solely by David Harvey Jewelers, Inc. and will not be released for third party use. Mailings via the postal system or e-mail may be used exclusively by David Harvey Jewelers, Inc., for internal matters only, such as special announcements, services, and offers. This information is also used to contact the customer in the event that there are any discrepancies in processing the order. |

| Although, privacy is very important to us we may be obligated to provide information given to us regarding a sale made on our website if that information is required by law for judicial process. |

| All information that is taken for billing purposes i.e. credit card information and billing addresses, will be used for the purpose of billing only. After you have been billed for an item all personal financial information regarding your order will be destroyed in order to prevent any unauthorized charges. |

| RETURNS |

| Returns and exchanges are accepted, within 10 days of your purchases arrival, if the item is in the exact condition it was received, with all original packaging. Returns can be exchanged for store credit or satisfied via the originally used payment method. (If you paid by credit card you will receive a reimbursement on the card which was used for the original purchase, check payment sales will be refunded via check, etc.). All returns are subject to approval from an authorized David Harvey Jewelers, Inc. associate. To obtain approval please e-mail us with your name, phone number, and best time of day to reach you, at info@davidharvey.com subject: return. Upon approval a Return Authorization code will be given. This code must clearly appear on the shipping label in order for us to accept the delivery. If you have not received a Return Authorization code and ship returned merchandise to us the package will be denied and returned to sender. Insurance is required for all returns. If you do not insure your returned merchandise and the package is lost in the mail we will not be responsible for replacement and no refund will be given. All special order sales are final, this includes any merchandise that has been engraved, sized, or altered in any other way. |

| Our shipping rates are based on the size, weight, and value of our products. Due to the large variance in our product selection, in terms of these variables, we are unable to establish standard shipping rates. However, shipping cost will be disclosed before any payment is required on a purchase. Due to the high value and delicate nature of our products we require that insurance is used for all packages shipped. This cost will be included in your final shipping quote. If requested we offer expedite shipping at an additional charge. All standard shipping will be sent via UPS ground or UPS second day air depending on the value of the item being sent. |
